Novra — Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver islandwide within Sri Lanka only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

• Flat shipping fee: LKR 350 per order.
• Free shipping on orders of LKR 15,000 and above.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order value.

3. Order Processing Time

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay the courier when your order arrives — as well as secure card payments at checkout via PayHere.
