1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Novra website at [WEBSITE URL] (the "Site") and any purchase made from us. Novra is a homegrown Sri Lankan fashion brand designing and producing contemporary women's clothing, based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms — please read them carefully before shopping with us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or place your order with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to shop with us. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

3. Products

• We aim to display our products, colours, and sizing as accurately as possible; slight variations may occur due to fabric, dyeing, screen settings, or handmade elements, as many pieces are locally produced.
• All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a substitute, or store credit for that item.
• Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders & Payment

• An order confirmation confirms we have received your order, not that it has been accepted — we may cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and card payments processed securely through PayHere.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is due in full to the courier at the time of delivery.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is currently available within Sri Lanka only. See our Shipping Policy for delivery timeframes, fees, and other details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, available on the Site. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out there.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including our name, logo, product photography, designs, and text — is owned by or licensed to Novra and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts;
• submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information when placing an order.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Sri Lankan law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on the Site, so please check back periodically — continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
